”The English Inn has an old English feel. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was buffet was super each day I was there (4 days). From 4-6pm each day there is tea and fresh baked cookies. I took a day trip to Monticello (Thomas Jefferson's home) and enjoyed it immensely. The Inn is located near many shops, grocery stores, and the University of Virginia where my granddaughter was attending a swim camp. I would definitely stay there again.”

”This was way overpriced for the facility. I understand that it was reunion’s weekend at the university, but I feel that they really price gouged you. I don’t believe they were very good business partners by increasing the price so much.. then on top of the exorbitant prices they charged for parking as well. $1500 for two nights stay was ridiculous but I did it because it was my 50th reunion. It might be reasonable at other times, but definitely not worth the price.”

The only downside was the cleaning - a previous customer had hidden empty alcohol bottles in the room's cabinets that were left there for us to find - that made me feel a bit uneasy.
