”Excellent. Service was exceptional, from the front desk to the valet, room service and housekeeping. The Vinoy was very clean and comfortable, the room was nicely sized and modernly appointed. Restaurants on site were convenient and very good with the pastry shop/coffee bar in the lobby, a nice touch. The location was also great. so many restaurants, bars, parks and the pier within easy walking distance.”

”The room was a great size, floors good, table was a bit rough, toilet didn't flush all the time. Right by the elevator and there was a bearing going bad or something in it because it squealed all night long, every time it went up or down. Restaurant was not open during our stay.”

”Courteous and helpful staff, we had an issue with the TV and a sweet gal came to our rescue! In addition gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area.
Grounds inside and out is stunning.
Computer area along with puzzles and games available for guests.
They host a senior bridge area a few times a week for them to have a place to play since their current area had been affected by the hurricane.
Coffee/teas are offered daily until 9pm for coffeeholics is a nice touch!
