”Air conditioning was window unit. Loud, not great. Grounds were overgrown with weeds. Parking lot looked sketchy. The back door wasn’t locked. Usually room key entry. It was wide open day and night. Breakfast was sparse. Juice machines didn’t work. Coffee watered down. Horrible. Hot water in shower lasted 2 minutes. In town on CMA weekend so not a lot of options.”

”The night shift employee was very horrible and hostile I will never take my kids or my family back again… I have stayed at other Super 8 but this is very horrible the day stay was good the night got very loud and rude we asked for more towels keep in mind the have a pool that was durable clean there were wasp and few leaves in the water so we needed a few more towels really we tried to make do with towels we had we just needed one small we go down to ask for they say we can’t have one so I’m...

”There is NOTHING quality about this place. It’s run down. The room reeked like an ash tray The a/c didn’t work, smelled like an electric fire and set of the room alarm. There was NO hot water in the morning. Cold shower. Tried to complain to the front desk and nobody was there. Seriously want a refund. Don’t stay at this place.”

”The staff was top notch. Friendly and helpful. The manager (I forgot his name but he told me he was the manager) was very helpful and friendly during the check in process. Check out guy was also very nice. Breakfast was mid but still nice and warm at 6:30. Limited selection doesn’t mean bad. I would like to suggest larger coffee cups.”

”Room was horrible and AC rattled so much we could not sleep. If you turned it off it continued to run and rattle so we finally had to unplug it. Standing lamp was totally crooked and shade askew and the table lamp had been smashed and reassembled with pieces missing. What a mess. It was a shabby hotel and felt like we were in a very cheap motel but it was Hilton. The wall next to the bed that shared a wall with the bathroom was clearly repaired by a messy monkey because it was all spackled and...

”My room had two queen beds and a couch in a separate area. There was no TV or other furniture opposite the couch which made the room seem incomplete. The breakfast was great as was the woman who managed it.”
