”Gorgeous, lovingly refurbished hotel in a part of the city that is undergoing extensive renewal.
Great courtyard, library, bar, dining room. Rooms beautiful, really comfy bed, nice balcony.
90% of the staff amazing and courteous. A couple of them though could do with retraining to bring them up to the level of their amazing colleagues.

”Tyttäreni oli hankkinut hotellin kautta kuljetuksen lentokentältä hotelliin. Palvelu toimi tosi hyvin ja hinta/laatu suhde kohdallaan. Hotelin sijainti oli optimaalinen kaupunkilomalle ja hotellin vieressä oli hyviä ruokapaikkoja ja kauppoja. Hotelli ja huone olivat siistejä ja kaikki toimivat.”
”Reception is at the Public House Hotel. The ladies at reception were exceptional, very friendly and welcoming. The suites are in a kind of shabby looking building a few doors down the road but once you enter the Suites area everything is perfect. Bathroom is fantastic. Location is good but there are not many restaurants in the area, it takes 5-10 minutes to walk. There is a 24 h supermarket just a couple of minutes away though. ”

”The apartment was spacious and clean. The proximity to the city center was better than I imagined. The host was always available and communicated promptly. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment stay other than the water pressure could have been better and an air conditioning unit in the living room would be beneficial as one AC unit in the bedroom struggles to cool the whole apartment. ”Definitely the best choice in Belgrade! The location was absolutely perfect, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was truly delicious. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend our time at the hotel, and making those ad hoc changes was effortlessly handled by the staff. Overall, an excellent choice for us three adults.”
”Ett fräscht, modernt och välstädat hotell med mycket teknik. Allt från gardinerna (styrdes via en surfplatta!) till den stora TV:n imponerade på oss. TV:n hade massor av funktioner och kanaler, vilket var ett stort plus. Vi sov riktigt gott i sköna sängar. På morgonen hördes lite ljud från restaurangen ovanför, men det var inget som störde särskilt mycket. Vi ser fram emot att bo här igen!

Quite a seldom have been at the hotel where all staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning) are really polite, but it was like that in this hotel.
