There is a lot of roaches the hot tub didn't work and then they told us it wasn't a hot jacuzzi one of the bathrooms didn't work and then when I was trying to communicate with someone they never really responded... But other than that it was okay

The perfect stay

We enjoyed ourselves, it was spacious & the kitchen had what we needed. Pool was not, but is advertised as heated, it’s not should probably change that on description. Besides that, it was the perfect stay for my friends to go to the biker rally in Galveston!

Family Trip

It was my youngest son birthday so the family wanted to travel to Texas. This was a great place not in Houston but the outer skirts. This home was great and the family really enjoyed it.

Very roomy and comfortable for our family of 9. Only suggestions for a better experience would be to have more cook/ bakeware available to use. Also have pool & hot tub on and ready to use, we had to call and ask for the directions to turn it on. It was hot by morning! Overall enjoyed our stay very much.

Not what you would expect

Home description is accurate. Would have been a wonderful experience had the pool and hot tub been cleaned and ready for enjoyment. It took several days of dipping out leaves and waiting for pool to heat. Pool guy was suppose to come and address the issues we had but never showed up. We never did get to use the hot tub. The master shower never would get hot only warm. The outside trash cans were full and we had to put our trash in the garage. Hopefully the house managers will address these items for future geusts.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood.

The home was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. We had a full kitchen but it was lacking some amenities we could have used. The house accommodated up to 15 guests but there were only 3 spoons and a few forks and knives. There were no casserole or baking pans. The only spices available were salt and pepper. Although there was a very nice dishwasher, there was only 1 dishwasher pod available. There were only 4 very small coffee cups (for 12 of us). Perhaps this is a new listing and the owner overlooked a few things, I'm hoping. Although there was a heated hot tub and pool, there were no instructions on how to use them. I was happy with our stay, but am in hopes the owner will make a few accommodating changes for the next visitors after reading my review.
