”This was a last minute stay to meet up with my two best friends whom live farther away than any of us like. The location was a good halfway point and our evening was filled with much needed laughter after a very stressful week for us all. Our friendship is still going strong after 25 years and it is places like this that allow us to keep that going. Everything in this cute VRBO was perfect for us. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts! We are already talking about coming back.”

It is not part of Three Bears Resort like the listing states, you do not have access to the waterpark unless you want to pay extra. “Dogs welcome” means a dog as there is a 1 pet maximum and for $150 fee, which is also not disclosed on the listing and you find out in your confirmation email after booking. ”Overall experience was great! Christmas tree was a nice touch. Couple of things that we were disappointed in as follows, 1.) a lot of cigarette butts in and around fire pit. It’s the first thing our dogs would test to eat and we had them pick them up. 2.) Refrigerator had to be cleaned and the door would hang open if not pushed in. Should probably be looked at. 3.)
