• A security deposit of SEK 3,000 is automatically reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount is released within one week after departure, provided the house is left in approved condition after inspection.

• Bed linen and towels are available as optional extras: SEK 190 per person and SEK 60 per person respectively.

• Final cleaning is not included in the rental price. Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure. Cleaning equipment is available in the house.

• Electricity is included in the rental price. Charging electric vehicles is not permitted.

• Smoking is prohibited.
