Come and relax in a cozy and elegant recently renovated apartment.

The place is located near the airport of Tangier and the Grand Stade of Football in a secure area.

The apartment is elegant, modern and counts with a big terrace that is perfect for dinner and spending an amazing time with family or friends.

The area has coffees, supermarkets, butchery, bakery, hair dresser, fish shop.... everything you need in just 3-4 min. walk.

The building has a lift, car vigilant and cameras.
The space
The apartment counts with an amazing and spacious terrace where you can enjoy delicious moroccan food or a typical moroccan tea while watching a beautiful sunset with your family and friends.

* We offer to our guests the option to order Moroccan lunch or dinner for their arrival for an extra price.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen and two living rooms.

There is available Air Conditioner, Heating, TV (with all satellite channels to watch sports live, channels from all over the world, YouTube, WiFi, led lights with Bluetooth, speaker and changing colours, coffee machine, Moroccan teapot, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer,barbecue, tajine, hangers, wardrobe...

In general everything needed for an amazing and unforgettable stay in the beautiful City of Tangier.
Guest access
Guests can access the lift, the front of the building parking premises, the whole apartment with everything that is equipped, with the exception of one small room which is used for storage.
Other things to note
The apartment is 13 min. drive from the city center, 8 min. drive from the airport of Tangier, 3 min drive from the main Bus station of Tangier, 3 min. drive from the football stadium and the sports main area, 3 min. drive from Shopping Mall Aswak Assalam, 10 min. drive from Caves of Hercules and Achakar Beach side.

There are also bus stations in 6 min. walk that are well connected to the important points of the city.
