”I had a terrible experience with Villa 12 Guesthouse. I traveled a long way from US to Swiss (Villa 12 is on the border between Swiss and France), and had to work on the arriving day, so I got at the Villa 12 Guesthouse around 8:30pm, that is very normal time for a hotel/Guesthouse check-in time. But to my surprise, the main Gate of the Villa 12 is tightly closed, and the guesthouse building looks dark, did not seem there were people living in it. ”Aluksi oli hiukan hämmnentävää, kun vastaanotto oli eri hotellissa noin parin sadan metrin päässä. Samassa hotellissa oli myös hyvä aamiainen. Tästä ei kuitenkaan ollut pahemmin haittaa, kun asia ensin selvisi. Meille tämä oli hyvä ja kustannustehokas vaihtoehto ja voisimme valita tämän hotellin myös uudestaan. Hotelli oli äskettäin saneerattu ja oli todella siisti ja mukava.”
