”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”The room was clean except the carpet was in need of cleaning. My white socks were dirty from minimal walking. The bathroom was clean however there was mold on the ceiling and the shower curtain was in need of changing. The beds were comfortable, the lobby was spotless and the staff were all friendly. Valet was $45 a day. Staff gave parking options that included street parking, close self parking or valet. They didn't pressure me for any option, they just provided information and options.”

”This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port.
The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future.

”Absolutely NOT luxury or upscale. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and just thought other reviewers were being unduly harsh because it’s in Baltimore City or because they were snobs. However, it didn’t take long for me to realize the reviewers were right.
The breakfast was pretty good though. For the price of the breakfast, I would’ve rather been at any other hotel. I regretted my choice very quickly and kept telling my husband, “Never again!”

”We do not recommend this hotel. The overall vibe is creepy meets dated meets dirty. The first room we were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke. We were given a new, larger room. But the bathroom in the second room had a terrible mildew smell. The wallpaper in the room was peeling and the furniture and bedding is extremely low quality/uncomfortable. The food in the restaurant was not edible. The server was nice, but seemed apologetic about the quality of the food.”
