The room we stay in is set up like a Studio apartment with a kitchen area. I'm sure the rest are the same. We'll be back again and again.”

”There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there is no TV in room if that is important to you. Parking on the street was plentiful. I only saw one other guest the whole time I was there. The shared kitchen, it has a coffee machine, but did not have wine or bottle openers. With no staff on site, there was no one to ask for assistance. It was...

”We love the sister hotel in walla walla do we decided to give the sparrow a try. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. The hotel wasn’t super clean, our bathroom was dirty and the hallway smelled of strong air freshener covering up pet accidents, lots of stains on the carpet. It’s a great location walkable to everything downtown and the coffee shop was amazing.”

”The staff is very attentive, friendly and professional. Our room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. I really appreciate that the bathroom actually had plenty of towel bars, rings and hooks! The breakfast was wonderful—yogurt, fresh fruit, delicious oatmeal, cold cereal, hot pancakes, hot omelets, sausage, muffins and a variety of bread and English muffins with a nice toaster. ”This hotel was great! I really liked the location which is a short drive from downtown but with easy parking and a lot less congestion. It is connected to the green belt trail which is a nice plus. They have several onsite eateries and I close to many others. The rooms are very spacious with modern designs. Shout out to Brenda at the front desk for the warm welcome!”
