”Breakfast menu was very limited”

”Great location”

”Wanted a non smoking room and entire hotel smells like smoke, mold in room around sink and in shower, mold in the ice machine on 1st floor, garbages were full of garbage. Carpets looked like they’ve never been vacuumed”

”Very clean smooth check in nice staff. Very modern property close to stores and eateries. Comfy bed would definitely stay again.”

”This is my home away from home when I travel to Chesapeake. The staff does a fantastic job and are so friendly and welcoming. My bed was super comfortable, and the shower was pretty good for a hotel shower. There was plenty of hot water. I always love the Hampton Inn breakfast. I would have given them a perfect score, but this particular hotel was being remodeled so I couldn't give them 5 stars on the appearance of the exterior of the building.”

”Staff were very nice. A lot of surgical patients stay here. Room refrigerator doesn't have a freezer section to freeze the ice packs. It would be nice if freezer space were available to freeze the ice packs”

”Food service not available. Old rooms, old furniture, dirty carpet and bathtub. Only one elevator working. No maid service. TV stopped working. Pool out of service.”

”The staff was friendly and very accommodating.”

”Hotellin käytävillä tapetit kupruilivat siellä täällä, suihkussa shamppoo/saippuateline roikkui kahdella ruuvilla seinästä. Aamupala surkea. Ei siis alkuunkaan Marriott:in tason mukainen.”

”This room exceeded our expectations. We travel often and this room was definitely better than some hotels we have stayed in the owners were very friendly and made sure we were okay, wish was a huge plus. We will be staying here again”

”Everything was great.”

”Ms. Ashley ckd me in and was an absolute delight! You should clone her because she is the perfect example of excellence! She was professional, yet personable. She was very helpful with information abt the area, directions, etc. All the qualities that help an out-of-state visitor feel safe, comfortable, and happy. The breakfast was very much a surprise. It included all that one could ask for in a healthy meal. A great way to start the day. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. This will be my...

”I reserved 3 rooms at this location. The hotel had plenty of parking in a nice and safe area well lit. The hotel rooms were a nice size however the carpets in the rooms were dirty. Upon entering the room it was clean however it had a smell and immediately I knew it was the carpet. I held a smell like wet sneakers. I accidentally walked on the carpet without slippers and was totally disgusted 😑. Consider removing the carpet.”

”The property is nice but the rooms are outdated and my room smelted old. I’m guessing it’s the carpet. If you have allergies I wouldn’t recommend.”

”The queen size room was large and modern. The bathroom and shower were also very large and modern. The only thing that I could find wrong was that there were no drinking glasses and the coffee maker didn’t have enough coffee pods. The main downside was the lack of friendliness at the main desk .”
