”This was the highlight of our trip! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed, we had the best meal, the fondue was delicious. The chef our waiter and everyone made sure we were taken care of! If you want a spectacular stay then stay at this wonderful hotel!”

”My wife and I like to stay in small towns. We do not like fancy hotels and big cities. We like to have a place we can anchor from and then enjoy the journey. Hotel Brienz was perfect. First the area is amazing. The staff is great. Family owned and operated. You are 1 hour from Luzern, and Bern. 40 minutes to Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. 20 from Interlaken. 2 3/4 hour train ride to Zermatt. Hotel offers a very nice and complete breakfast. ”We travelled with 3 Golden Retrievers and hotel offer us bigger apartment which was very nice.
The breakfast and dinner were so good. Also very good coffee which is very important issue!
The staff was great, very good sense of humor and very good customer service.
The location was just perfect. Very quiet place.

”So amazing! This is an authentic chalet tucked in the mountains. It’s a quick drive to Lauterbrunnen or there’s a free bus. I love the little grocery market that’s across the street. Just a stone throw away. This market has famous croissants that are a regional favorite.. but don’t eat too many because the breakfast at this hotel is great. The staff was very polite. The only thing I would encourage them to do is provide coffee in the rooms. They do have teabags in the hallway and water kettles...

”Very friendly staff and a comfy clean room! They made sure we had a great view and were so kind and accommodating, especially making sure we had a room that could fit our bikes in it. The location is perfect too, lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again.”
