”We (3 of us) found the Carriage House suite to be very enjoyable and met our needs. Having two sleeping spaces and two bathrooms was a perfect situation for us. The bathrooms were clean and generally updated but the drainage in the main bathroom was quite loud. The main house and breakfast were lovely. We walked the grounds which are lush and green, though in need of some pruning and maintenance. Overall, a very good experience and I would consider staying there again on another trip to...

”I know there is remodeling going on, but this place was subpar. Leaving doors open for workers caused my room to be humid. No door handles on doors for basic passage through was tough.”

”I arrived and the room we were assigned was not up to par did not smell clean furniture was in very poor condition toilet was leaking. This hotel needs a whole renovation you are charging premium prices and your hotel does not meet the standards! Pictures are deceiving, They were able to accommodate us to another room that was in better shape. I did give hotel staff 5 stars for taking care of us. Hotel is not worth the money we paid unfortunately.”

”My room needed serious deep cleaning. The walls throughout were soiled, the lamps were soiled, and the bathroom floors had long hairs everywhere. Although the staff was pleasant, I wouldn’t stay here again. I needed a room last minute and this had to suffice but I would not recommend.”

”The back door didn’t lock and there was no shower curtain in the tub so water went everywhere. The bathroom was dirty and there was a roach in the room probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.”

”Extremely filty room, rust and brown water came out of the shower every time it was first turned on, carpet sticky and smelly, half of the lights and the electrical outlets were not working or missing bulbs, air conditioner extremely noisy and did not cool room, all surfaces grimy and dirty. Missing TV remote and refrigerator was not working. Spiders appeared in the bathroom during the night. Several long term guest sit outside their rooms watching you go in and out of room as though they are...

”The large colonial style home was beautifully maintained and the themed rooms very spacious with private bathrooms. The host was so welcoming and the hot home cooked breakfast delicious. The location and views were stunning.”

”It was a good stay. The staff were great. It has an indoor pool, and some free breakfast options. Very comfortable. Great cable selection, the little refrigerator worked well. The flower beds out front were beautiful. I garden, and they were really well done ...an eye catcher. I stay here fairly often and it's always a good stay. If anything is needed they take care of it quickly.”
