”On arrival, we were kindly upgraded. We spent 3 nights in a beautiful 2 bedroom newly renovated unit right on the water front with amazing sea views. Amenities were spectacular. 5 star. Dinner was amazing at the restaurant. Daily house keeping was superb. Staff were very friendly. We love this place so much. This is our 4th time. We will definitely be back again!”

”Booked 3 nights stay over ANZAC WEEKEND..... Says they have daily service, have notes in room saying daily service.... ROOM Never got SERVICED ONCE! NO CLEAN TOWELS, NO TOILET PAPER, NO TOP UP OF TEA AND COFFEE STATION... HOUSEKEEPING SHOCKING... UNLESS EMPTYING OUT RUBBISH BIN IS CLASSED AS DAILY SERVICE.. SHOCKING WON'T RECOMMEND. APART FROM THAT THE ROOM WAS OK”

”Exellent for all kinds of travellers. Kids loved pool, play ground and flying fox. Kayaking was great. Near Paihia and Waitangi which were great to explore.”

”If you like to sleep in, then the honeymoon suite is not for you. They have a dog and small children that wake you up early by running around above you. We also had to kill 8 big bugs( i know its a outdoorsy place and i expect some bugs but not 8) before we went to sleep that night. ”
