”The hotel and staff are fine. My issue was with our particular room. It had a nice modern kitchen, with walls that were red brick, two different odd wall paper, and a beach mural. The ceiling was green with pink trim. The two twin beds were mismatched in style and height. The couches and bedding sheets were dirty with stains. As I look through their advertised rooms, I don’t see pictures of our particular room.”

”Upon our arrival we were welcomed by the manager Bill who made us feel welcome. He showed us and told us the things we needed to know. Though the apartment isn't big, it was quite complete and looked very new and nice. The bedroom had 2 double beds that were a little too small for 2 adults. Also a readinglight would have been nice, but we noticed that that isn't common in Japan. But there was enough closet space, which we liked. The location was good. There was a nice shopping center on walking...

”4人泊まるには、ちょっと狭かった(大人なら3人まででは・・・)し、洗濯機にホコリがそのままだったりしたけど、施設は綺麗で使い勝手はよく、チェックインも簡単で大満足でした。 ただ、GWだったせいかお客の質があまり良くなくて、駐車してはいけない場所に一晩停めたりして、私たちが疑われたら嫌だなぁ等と思いました。”

”金沢の滞在中に大地震があった。 チェックインした部屋が地震で水漏れ等の影響があったが、スタッフの方がすぐに空きの部屋で地震の影響があるかチェックして、部屋替えをしてくれた。 金沢のご馳走がある店はもちろん、周囲のコンビニも空いていなかったため水分と食料の心配もあったが、スタッフの方がホテル内の自動販売機を紹介してくれて助かった。 余震もあり一晩不安な夜を過ごしたが、スタッフの方の丁寧な対応で安心した。 連泊する予定だったが、不安もあり翌朝帰った。 金沢にまた行こうと思う。”

”クレジットカードの支払いが、相手の？スマホ画面に手入力でカード番号を入れて決済と言われ（お手数ですので入力はフロント側でしますと言われましたが、、それはそれで不安で）、現金で支払いました。”

”The walls are thin and noisy. The manager is chatting in the lobby and it's very loud. There were no tissues or paper cups, so the service was poor.”

”駅から歩きだと意外と遠い…(信号があるため) やはり、チェックや出入りが面倒だった… が、自宅のように(ビジネスホテルに比べて)自由に過ごすことが出来て、良かったです。 バスタブでゆっくり、ドラム式洗濯機を初体験できました。 キッチンも色々使えて、良かったですが、キッチンペーパーがあると良かった…かも。 我が家は受験で滞在しました。ビジネスホテルよりも自宅風で一人暮らし、な雰囲気が良かったです。 行く前は、口コミの(部屋が汚い)とあったのは心配でしたが、それほど神経質に見回さなければ、、、な、感じです。 ”

”Has problem with the shuttle bus driver when we arrived at Echigo Yuzawa station as he insists us to show him the bus voucher. The apps that the hotel sent to me was unable to open so I told the driver that I will give it to him at the hotel but he didn't accept eventhough I showed him my booking and receipt. ”

”The room was great, well lit, very large, easy walk with luggage from the train station. We were placed in an annex. Maybe the actual hotel is better. There are 2 flights of narrow steep stairs. No elevator, this was very difficult carrying luggage up. There was another room in the annex which you share the kitchen and toilet with those tenants. You do get your own shower, which is private, but its in the same room. You share the vanity, mirror, there are 3 sinks and you get your own blow dryer....

”Enjoyed staying here! The check in process was a little bit challenging - you have to scan your passports, but it was difficult because we couldn’t figure out how to check in. So just be warned it might take a while. The place was so nice and clean. The bathroom is also very clean - also came with hair dryer, extra amenities (cotton pads, q-tips, comb, shavers, and extra toothbrush and toothpaste). Very convenient location - 7-8 minute walk away from the Kanazawa train station. Shower is...

”It was a pleasant stay and location is great. Is about 560m away from Kanazawa station .We are able to drop off our luggage at Kanazawa hotel before our check in time . Is a plus as this hotel is unmanned. Smooth Check in with password given. Comfortable bed and family friendly. ”
