”True, there IS a beach connected to the property, however, there is a sea wall, so no "regular" access to the ocean. Although the water at sea wall was deep enough for a boat, you technically "could" get in the water from the boat dock. Our room "door" was a patio slider ...with curtains... As we were on the ground floor, people walking by could see our entire room. When the curtains were closed for privacy, the room was dark... convenient early morning but not so during the day. ”Location couple miles away from the city centre. Short way with bicycles that you can rent from the lobby. Pool area was really basic but clean. Pool bar´s kitchen was surprisingly good. There are several wi-fi on the accomodation area but none of them was reachable from our cottage. On the house biggest problem was maybe that the toilet is not in a own room. It is only separated from the main house with low wall. If you are travelling with someone whos having stomach problems it´s not so nice.”

”Modern hotel/condo with a fully stocked kitchen. Jake and staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is wonderful and are available all times of the day for anything you require. Balcony is lovely and higher floor - 3 - will give you a glimpse, through the palm trees of the ocean. Pool is small but lovely for a cooling dip and to lay in the sun. Their supplied Belize guide is fantastic. You are close by numerous restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, over the water bars and gas stations...

”Stayed in Cabana 4 for a week in January, room was excellent, bed was firm and comfortable. Staff on site were excellent and enjoyed the daily breakfast either sitting on the porch or at the tables set up by the pool. ”The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.....
