”The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. ”The property was clean, roomy and comfortable. The only negatives where that the Roku's batteries were dead so we could not use the TV and the creamers were all bad so I had to drink black coffee but otherwise I would recommend this place. ”

”The location was amazing! We were 9 people with 4 kids ages 4-14 and two grandparents. The beach and its amenities (kayaks, canoes, fire pits, sand toys) made our stay well worth it and had something for all ages to enjoy. Kyle was available at a moments notice to provide anything we needed. ”

”This is a perfect spot for a little beach vacation. The beach was large enough to accommodate everyone, but small enough to feel cute and intimate. I wasn't expecting free use of a variety of boats, which was an amazing perk. My kids explored kayaking and paddle boarding, and they loved the swim platform. The unit itself was clean and updated. It used to be three separate units, so therefore we had three full bathrooms for our 3-bedroom - which was probably a bit more than we needed but still...
