PROSLocation - multiple easy walks to beaches and good snorkeling. Close to bus stops and beach house pool that you have access to use. Right next door to Massey for groceriesCondo – Pictures on VRBO are exactly what you get. It is a small very manageable condo for 2 people. Bedroom has tons of storage space, you can easily unpack everything you bring and still have plenty of room. Use of washer and dryer was fantastic. Pots and pans were in excellent condition, not always like this in other rentals. We really liked the condo itself.CONSLocation – A new updated tennis/paddle/pickleball opened 2 weeks ago. Directly in front of the condo are 2 pickleball courts. They start at 7AM and go until 9AM and then again at 6PM to 9PM. If someone is playing pickleball it sounds like they are on your veranda with you. Owner Communication – We wanted to cancel after a couple of nights and find somewhere else to stay due to the noise from the pickleball courts. We sent a note to the owner and they did not even take the time to respond yes or no. We stuck it out, but it certainly put a damper on our vacation. Other reviews say that this is their retirement home one day, maybe if you were there long term you would get used to the noise, but for a short term stay we cannot recommend this unit unless you are a pickleball player and know what you are getting yourself into.SUMMARY Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone that wants to enjoy the veranda.
