”Loved our stay. The golf course was right behind us, and even though we didn’t play any games, we watched it everyday. The beaches were less than 10 minutes away. We had neighbors everywhere, but nothing loud and obnoxious. Definitely will come again”

”This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at! I loved the complimentary towels! They also had a walkway nearly all the way to the water, which is so helpful for someone with back problems! Speaking of back problems, hotel mattresses are usually terrible for my back, but these were excellent! Highly recommend this hotel!”

”The room was beautiful, but all of the furniture covers were stained or looked dirty. There was a mark on the guest bedroom door that I was able to wipe off with a disinfectant wipe and the shower heads could use some extra cleaning. Despite these drawbacks, the view from the room was amazing and the room was nicely decorated and had plenty of towels, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen.”

”Room was not ready and could not check in at check in time. Restaurant is expensive and food not that good. Nothing about this hotel is noteworthy in a good way.”

”The tides is such an amazing way for a family to experience the beach. Right on the water, the rooms have plenty of space and storage as well as bunk beds for kiddos. We much prefer this to renting a condo in Orange beach. The breakfast buffet in the morning is so affordable and a great way to start the day looking out over the gulf. We have been three times and will return”

”Property was not up to my standards”

”The hot water heater was not working. We took cold showers the entire time we were there. Two different plumbers came out, both said it was a 21 year old water heater that needed replacing, but nothing was done.”

”We stayed for a week it rained but the staff had it going on they were all so nice and helpfully the breakfast was delicious and the pool was perfect we are always pleased with The Holiday Inn Thank you”

”One of the elevators was out, and had been for while, apparently. It was a common sight for there to be a line of people waiting for the one remaining elevator. So we used the stairs 95% of the time, as it was much faster. Also we reserved a room with a sofa bed months ago, yet when we checked in, there wasn’t one of those available nor an upgrade to a larger room. When we booked the place, for 5 nights, breakfast was an extra $500. Seems steep? The room and bathroom were small, and the bedside...
