We arrived on the 7th Jan ‘26 to stay one month.When we came we see one bed room fan under repair and another fan is making noise. Patio is not cleaned, can’t be use. Out of 4 TV remote, only one is working. Washer and dryer are loaded with clothes. The entry door lock is not working properly. One of the bathroom tub water turning knob is broken So we left the house and stayed outside for few days to give them enough time to fix the problems. The host fixed most of the problems. But on 25th Jan we found that the light in the kitchen, hallways and one bedroom are not turning on!!. We called the host multiple times to resolved the issue. But we couldn’t reach him, via provided phone number. Also his voicemail not accepting any messages. Then we called the Vibro agent, they also tried to contact the host but couldn’t reach him. They suggested to move to a hotel nearby and produce the bill for reimbursement. When we thought of the difficulties of moving we decided to continue here without light. After 3 days the host came with an apology and fix the problem. These are my bad experiences in staying last month. But there are some good things we found. The location is good, the rooms are good size and clean. Vibro agents are very helpful.
