”Just wonderful!!! It is an older "motel" style with doors facing outside rather than inside to a hallway, but we felt very safe. Very well maintained, comfortable spacious rooms, nice showers, loved view from the balcony, and the hot tub is the cleanest I've ever encountered at a hotel! Would definitely stay again!”

Despite being on a major roadway and it was a busy holiday weekend, the other tenants were quiet, road noise was minimal. The parking lot is a bit cramped but it’s a smaller lodge so to be expected. ”Check in was odd. No one was available so had to call and got texted the room # and door code. Small issue with curtains off track, but got corrected quickly. The room was clean and nicely renovated. Outside doesn't give the same nice vibe. Quiet at night. The bed is the foam kind, so feels like sink into hole. Not to my liking, but others may like that style of bed. Overall satisfied with the stay.”

The gardens are beautiful, the pool and fountain are great. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We can't say enough good things about this place. Very quiet place. Beautiful scenery. Close to downtown without the downtown traffic. Will definitely return.”

”I really enjoyed staying at the property. The staff was excellent. We really enjoyed the lounge area where there were several games to play, snacks, drinks, music streaming. They have a lovely fire pit and outdoor seating areas. An outdoor movie/sauna area, pool, hammocks, pickleball court and ping pong table. The property is surrounded by forest with trails. ”Very nice stay in an old Victorian house. The neighborhood and the town are unique and quirky! We stayed in the Captain Bridgeford room. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was small but functional with a claw foot tub that has a shower.”
