The location of this property is top notch. Easy access to the beach and pool. It is a shirt drive to all that Destin has to offer. The condo is small but plenty big enough for two people. There are a few ligtbulbd that neec replacing but otherwise in pretty good shape. The view of the sunsets from the balcony are amazing. Thr check in time of 4 is lateer than most and likewise the che kout time of 10 is earlier than most other places. I would however consider staying here again due to the great value.

We stayed for a long weekend. Charlotte was awesome to work with and was very responsive any time I had a question. The condo was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The condo is small but it was just the 2 of us so we had plenty of space. The bed was a little hard but the sheets were so comfortable it made up for the bed itself. This is the first time I have ever stayed in a condo where the bedroom didn’t have a view of the beach or water. The windows in this condo literally look out into the hallway. It was a little weird. There isn’t a full view of the gulf from the kitchen/living room and balcony. You can see the gulf over to the left side and the little inlet of water in front of the balcony. The condo is a little old and run down, the shower door is off the track and the island is too close to the refrigerator so you can’t open the fridge all the way. But the living room furniture was comfortable, there was some coffee and other items in the kitchen that were provided which was nice. The pool is great and the beach was beautiful!

Overall - Great View and Location

We selected this location to have amazing views of the fireworks for the 4th. It did not disappoint. Being able to wake up and go right to the beach was a great perk as well. Our kiddo was very impressed with the fold out couch bed and the view of the fireworks! The bed in the bedroom was comfortable - had some sort of pillowtop mattress going on. Not the standard stiff mattress you usually come across in rentals.There was a little bit of confusion in the reviews and the description at booking about beach chairs and umbrella set up being provided. When booked, the description said chairs and umbrella included. By the time we stayed, it was more specific about chairs and umbrella being in the closet that you could take to the beach. I confirmed with Jetty East during our stay that owners of condos can choose to pay for the professional set up or not. If you book through Jetty East directly, the chairs and umbrella are included. You will have to use the items provided by the owner in the unit if you do not want to pay for the set up at the beach. We chose to pay because at 5 months pregnant, I was not carrying more than I needed to and I wanted a front row view of the ocean. Overall, not a bad place to stay. The tiki pavilion with grills and live music on the property were really fun, kiddo loved dancing to the music. I would gently suggest giving the bathroom and kitchen some TLC during the offseason to freshen up.

The amazing view was blocked by dirty glass doors that I had to clean. The refrigerator door seal was falling off & the refrigerator door would not open all the way, it would hit the kitchen island. The shower set fell off and almost broke my foot.

We were shocked at how dirty and under maintained this condo was. The view, the location, and grounds were great but it was one of the dirtiest condos we’ve ever stayed in. Black mold and visible soap scum on the shower doors, the bottom of the shower clearly wasn’t cleaned, dust everywhere, stains all over sheets and mattress cover. The floors were not swept or mopped. There was smear marks along with hand prints all over the sliding glass door. The list is too long to list everything we found. Very unhappy and will never stay here again nor will we recommend anyone to stay here either.

Truly enjoyed our stay. My wife and I are huge beach bums so being able to be on the beach within minutes was a plus. The condo was great and had all the amenities we needed.

Outdated tiny condo. Right on a beautiful beach. The VRBO information said it has complimentary beach service included. Owner has not paid her dues which caused some frustration and embarrassment. After some back and forth she did pay for our 3 days on the beach. No laundry detergent or coffee available. Not enough toilet paper or trash bags. The tv didn't work. Spent some time on the phone with Charlotte and she couldn't figure it out. Gave up. She didn’t act like a host, more of a landlord.

Great Stay

Great location with easy access to the beach. Nice view of east pass and the gulf from the balcony. Excellent spot for a couples getaway. Property manager was helpful in every way possible. Would recommend 10 times out of 10.

OK Stay

No beach towels in the room. Outdated decor but wasnt bad. Pillows were terrible for a good nights sleep. Mattress had to be reversed because not comfortable. Not enough toilet paper had to use one of our rolls. Had to buy dish soap there was not enough. View was good and close to the ocean.

Perfect Valentine's Weekend get away

Very well appointed condo, with a great view and a pristine white sand beach beckoning attendance. A heated pool and a delightful hot tub almost made us not want to leave. Check-in was super easy and communications with Charlotte was delightful. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Great location

Nice little place, was perfect location even with the construction going on was able to enjoy the facilities, the deck lounge area was perfect and was easy access to the beach was perfect. The unit was clean and decorated nicely. Host was good at communicating.
