”Beautiful property, decorated and appointed to a high standard. Great spot to retire to after a long day exploring the area. Breakfast was spot on and just what we needed to set us up for the next day's adventures too. Sam and her Mum, Carole, were very welcoming and gave us some outstanding tips that made our days out even better. Thank you very much.”

”Lovely little place in a peaceful area, the cricket pavilion has everything you could need for a short break - plus some thoughtful and welcome extras from the owner. Excellent Pub literally 5 mins walk away through the horse paddocks- their pies are delicious! Would definitely recommend the property and may well be back ourselves! Thank you :) ”

”Great location, comfortable facilities, some areas looking a little tired now but overall a wonderful stay - thank you A suggestion - we are happy to clean as we go but the cleaning equipment was lacking. A decent floor brush, cleaning cloths etc would be helpful and would make it easier for the clean down ready for next guests”

”Great location. Car park close by. Paid 11 pounds for 24 hours. Self check in with key lock. Room 8 up top. view of estuary. Nice Stay. Room not immaculate as paint peeling in places and shower door in wet room seemed to not close as meant to. Breakfast was beeing cleared when we went down 30 mins before end time, but lady was lovely and put it out for us.”
