”An incredible place. The history is amazing and well maintained. The staff are very kind and helpful, highly recommended.”

”There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.”

”Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.”

”Got this hotel last minute for the World Cup. The staff was more than amazing. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get his name but there was guy working during midnight, he picked us up from the airport and checked us in super quick, couldn’t asked for a better experience. Room was comfortable and spacious.”

”The rooms are not cleaned, there’s no one in the front desk after certain hours. The breakfast area was closed during the 7 to 10 am hours. Those hours are the operating hours. There’s no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. There’s door lock to access the guess’s room does not work. Anyone can walk in to the guess’s room area. There was a housemaid that vacuums the hallways. When asked the room’s cleaning. She indicated that they only provide towels and do not clean the rooms. Worst...

”Pool was out of service”

”Didn’t get money worth for the $500+ stay. Paint chipping everywhere, there are no microwaves in the rooms, the hot breakfast is really nothing but oatmeal, the pools were nasty I was hoping to get in after a long drive. It was completely disgusting.”

”We really liked staying on the main floor. Ours was connected to the courtyard & the pool was easily accessible from the courtyard. All we had to do was exit through our sliding glass door, walk across the courtyard & enter through a sliding glass door to the pool. The hot tub was huge! The queen beds actually fit 2 people comfortably. The tv was a nice size as well. We LOVED the shower! The lobby was nice & very spacious. This location does have a restaurant inside the hotel. ”Air conditioner was broken for 3 days, and a large fan was left in the room to try to dry up a spill. Had the AC been working 4 stars. Very convenient to the airport and Kansas City area. Good barbecue place next-door.”
