The pool and spa were enjoyable except for the floors they were to smooth to were you felt you were going to slip just standing in place would definitely recommend swim shoes for kids. Mine slipped getting out and split her knee on the drain grate”

”The parking area was held up by 2x4. The tiles in the lobby and on our walk to our room were broken and it smelled mildewy in the room. We chose not to stay and were told we would be refunded. We were not. Not even the deposit”

”The staff was AMAZING! Called ahead because we weren’t checking in until midnight. When we rolled in exhausted, they had us all ready to go. On top of being extremely kind, they were quick and efficient. The property was very nice! ”

Her pants were sagging below her butt. Puts a great light on the chain itself. No spare batteries for the TV remotes in the rooms. Mattress was like sleeping on a rock. Very uncomfortable. ”

”The walls need insulating. I could hear our neighbors just like they were in our room. Not the best thing when you have to get up early for a flight. And the sliding bathroom door offers no sounds buffer either. You might as well have the door open. The hotel location was great and the hotel was clean and beautiful. Just needs some sounds buffers. ”

”The hotel's cleanliness and overall atmosphere are impressive. Three aspects that caught my attention were Debrajai (front desk) taking the initiative to sanitize door cards during less busy periods, Room Service always helpful and nice, and Director Christina Smith, who made a point to meet us daily at the breakfast area, where we had friendly conversations that left a positive impression on my family and me, and it was only later that we discovered her role as the hotel's director. ”Nice and clean. The breakfast selection is better than most places. The pickup shuttle was quick and all the staff are really nice. ”

”The facility was wonderful; the room was cleanly appointed and the hot tub and pool were very clean and well-functioning. The only negative remarks would be the breakfast was lack luster, including eggs that felt freezer burnt. Also, the coffee machine in the lobby was disappointing because it was a machine you had to pay to use (other than a small cup of drip coffee)”
