The main floor's open concept hosts a large kitchen with high end appliances, living room, dining area and family room with wood floors and half bath. The family room opens to an incredible backyard deck area and the stone fireplace perfect for creating lasting memories with family and friends over roasted marshmallows. Upstairs, you will find the three spacious bedrooms including a master suite, two bathrooms with double sinks, and an area to do laundry.

Located between Holland and Grand Haven for convenient shopping and activities. If you are up for a hike, climb the steps off the backyard to enjoy beautiful sunset views over the lake. If you like hiking, swimming, biking, or just laying by the beach; this town has so much to offer!


**Lake Michigan water levels are at a record breaking high and have washed away a large portion of our beloved dunes along with the steps leading to the private beach. No worries though, there are plenty of beaches less than a mile away to enjoy!
