”The room was clean but it had a smell. The fridge was frozen up, so I shut it off to defrost. We were really busy so we didn't use the water facilities, so I don't have an opinion there. Staff was friendly and fast.”

”Our stay at the Staybridge was wonderful! Our room was perfect! The beds are so comfortable. Breakfast was top notch. What we really enjoyed was the patio in the back. We brought our drinks out there, sat by the fire and enjoyed a girls weekend away. Also Eric at the front desk was so kind and helped us with our travels around town.”

”We had a reservation and after we checked in they said they had to give us a room that did not lock. I had to argue with the lady to get her to give us a different room, she tried to say the hotel was sold out. Also our showered did not drain so we had to stand in dirty water while showering.”

When we made a polite call to property, our call felt inconvenient to the person who answered a nd then nothing was really done to resolve the issue. ”The staff at check in was extremely helpful and VERY accommodating. The night staff was also very helpful when we needed anything. Our room was clean, but the beds, OH MY GOD the beds!!!! I never wanted to leave! The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The bedding was amazing! Breakfast was "ok". Definitely could use an upgrade for breakfast options.
