”Property was well cared for. Older building, but someone is breathing new life into it. Are all the updates done perfectly….no….but the property IS updated very nicely, especially given the price you pay for a room. Staff at the front desk were wonderful at both check in and check out. Staff kept the breakfast area stocked for the whole time. Again, not a huge variety, like at some of the big places, but definitely outdid themselves with the price you pay for a room. ”The room had an awful smell, the chair and carpet/floors were filthy. The AC in the room was not working. I went to the desk twice and both times a sign was up saying they were away. There were people hanging out in the parking lot and I didn’t feel safe staying. We left and did not stay the night.”

”Everything about this hotel is excellent. Located right off I-40, easy to access and plenty of parking and located around several restaurants (including a new In N' Out!). The hotel is brand new- great rooms, clean and refreshing interiors, great hotel gym and equipment, bright, inviting lobby and staff is wonderful.”

”Walked in to hair in the towel from a man shaving, cigarettes in the toilet and it was a non smoking room. Rest of room was clean. Housekeeping walked into my room two days in a row, unannounced, didn't knock, just used their key card as if they rented the room and walked right in to my husband sleeping around 9:20am and the second day to me watching TV at 9:15am. ”I love the staff here. They are quiet, not mouthy or rude. Quite the opposite. The housekeepers are awesome. I would put them up against the Hilton Downtown any day. I have to give a shoutout to Carla who works the front desk during the day. Thank you so much for taking care of my extended stay so quick and efficiently!!
