”Many issues with our stay . We had three rooms total for our group . The sheets were stained so bad in one room that the guests there opted to stay elsewhere. There was no hand soap in the bathroom . I guess they expected us to use the body wash from the shower . Shorted us towels . Was glad to see no carpeting in room as carpeting in hall and stairwell looked like it had never been vacuumed or cleaned . But unfortunately the laminate floor in the room wasn’t clean either . Air conditioner was...

”Not bad at all for the price, and the room was mostly nice, but the bathroom towels had hair on them, and there was mold in the shower head and on floor. Staff were very friendly, but I would not stay here again.”

”The light in the bathroom was both broken casting only a dark orange light. You could not see to shave or do makeup. Upon turning on the shower spray would be onto the floor owing to the fact that the shower head was not tightly attached to the pipe. We immediately advise the front desk of the light issue and the leak. They advised that no repair could be made until the next day. The next morning the person at the front desk was unaware of our complaint and filed a new complaint on our behalf...

”Room and bathroom were both very clean, great towels and plenty of them. Room was large and nicely decorated. Also very quiet. Breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty of fresh foods. Very happy with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.”

”We stayed for 3 days. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The continental breakfast was a great start to every day with a wide variety of food choices.”

”Hard to know if our room was cleaned after the last stay, or any stay really. The sconces hang off the wall, there’s cobwebs galore, and the fridge was nasty. Tried the coffee bar, my coffee was gray in colour after adding milk. There is working A/C, however. And it is close to the airport. I survived easily, but I prefer greater comforts.”

”Stayed this past weekend for a concert. Unfortunately we couldn't check in early however the staff was very helpful. We were able to take care of everything prior to the show so getting back was a breeze. Hotel was pretty outdated but for the price and convenience it was great for us. They even offer shuttle service to the venue for small fee. The food truck in the parking lot after the concert was a great bonus too! I would stay again if traveling for anymore shows!”
