”The maintenance was substandard. We had a handicapped accessible room and the handheld shower unit leaked badly so that you could not use it without getting water on the floor. The front desk said they would fix it but they did not and we stayed there 3 days.
There was some mold in the shower and the water in the toilet was running off and on during the first hours of our stay, but I was able to fix that myself.”

”The room itself was clean. The staff is a mix of very nice to not nice at all. When you book through expedia they will switch your room and not notify you. I booked and paid for a room with a king size and they gave me a room with two beds. I called the front desk and they told me they sold out of the other rooms. I booked it months in advance. The food in the restaurant is awful. The omelet had onions that were not chopped, not even chunks it was 1/2 of the onion. They need a better chef. The...

”Very nice size room but the couch was very old and worn out. Beautiful remodeled bathroom but at least finish it and put the escutcheon on the shower head vs a hole in the wall. Time to get rid of the carpeting-room smelled very musty-such a shame because it was a nice room. Very clean breakfast area and nice variety.”
