”The most amazing room!! Newly redone. Huge bathroom with bright lighting. Sink area had an incredible mirror. So nice n bright. Had a couch, nice big tv w many good channels. Now let’s talk plugs ins/charging areas. We could hv plugged in 20 things!! Unreal!! The had an “executive desk area”-compare it to any office, moveable desk, outlets all over. Staff was so very nice. We checked in late, the owner had his mgr help with our bags yo the 2nd floor. It was the most perfect room. I told them we...

”I got what I paid for. It was noisy both from street noise and from others coming and going all night. I couldn’t get the tv to work and was told 15 minutes later someone would stop by and it was over an hour and then I got treated like I was dumb even though their own employee couldn’t help me initially. Also any hotel with no deadbolt is a no for me.”
