Meidän huoneisto on erittäin siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Sijaitsee porteilla yhteisössä Tablerock-järven kauniilla Emerald Pointe -kadulla.
Kauniisti sisustettu kaikkialla; täysin varustettu keittiö; astianpesukone, täysikokoinen jääkaappi, lasikatto, mikroaaltouuni, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Suuri ruokailutila sekä aamiaisbaari, jossa baarituolit. Seulotut / lasit kaikissa sääolosuhteissa sijaitsevalle aurinkoterassi on matolla ja siinä on patiohuonekalut, jotta voit nauttia vapaa-ajallasi.
Tarjoamme deluxe 3 makuuhuoneen / 3 kylpy huoneisto. Meidän huoneisto on kaikki kodin mukavuudet. Makuuhuoneissa on lipasto ja / tai rinta ja taulu-kaapeli-TV olohuoneessa ja kaikissa 3 makuuhuoneessa; Joissakin DVD. Kaikissa kolmessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode. Päällikkökylvyssä on poreallas. Olohuoneessa on kuningatar vuodesohva. Huoneistossa on ruokasali, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, olohuone ja lasi / turvatarkastus kaikissa sääolosuhteissa käytettävässä kuistilla / aurinkohuoneessa, jossa on patiohuonekalut. Olohuoneessa on iso taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin.
Sijaitsee Table Rock -järven rannalla Emerald Pointessa. Meillä on uusi uima-allas toukokuusta 2018 alkaen. Olemme vain 50 jaardin päässä Tablerock-järvestä, mutta huoneiston ja järven välillä on puita, joten olemme järven edessä, mutta emme järvinäköala. Yhdysvaltain armeijan insinööriyhtiöllä on 5000 dollarin sakko puun leikkaamisesta. Meillä on täyden palvelun venesatama (Branson Bay Marina) ja lähikauppa vain 1/2 korttelin päässä länteen. Kalastus-, veneily- ja vesiurheiluparatiisi. Olemme myös kätevästi lähellä kaikkia Branson-nähtävyyksiä, kuten Silver Dollar City, Valkoinen vesipuisto, Showboat Branson Belle, Branson Landing, ostoskeskukset, näyttelyt, ravintolat, venesatamat, Tablerock Lake Dam ja kalahautomo muutamia mainitaksemme. Se on loistava sijainti jokaiselle lomallesi, jokaiselle löytyy jotain.

Jokaisesta veneen tuovasta vieraasta veloitetaan lisämaksu. On mahdollista, että katettu veneen lipsahdus tämän huoneisto, mutta perävaunun varastointi on ylimääräistä noin 10-15 dollaria / nt. .
Vuokraamme yleensä kokonaisia viikkoja la – la tai su-su – kesäkuun puolivälistä elokuun puoliväliin vähintään 6 yön ajan näinä päivinä, mutta meillä on kuitenkin noin 3 nt minimivaatimuksia. Kesällä varaamme vain viikonloppuja, jolloin yksi vieras tarkistaa perjantaina ja seuraava vieras kirjaa sisään vasta sunnuntaina. On kerta siivousmaksu 75 dollaria jätetään huoneisto uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä, tarkistus on hyväksyttävää.

Great Condo!

The condo was spotless and well appointed. Everything was extremely clean. The host was readily available any time we had questions. Check-in was a breeze and the entire complex is a gated community so security was a plus. Parking was readily available even on Thanksgiving weekend. Master bed slept great! The host understands the importance of a good mattress. As to location, we were about a 10-15 minute ride to any show or attraction we wanted to visit. Close enough to enjoy everything, but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle for a quiet sleep. This made a great homebase for all of our Branson adventures. I can't say enough good things about the host, she was polite and informative when we asked advice on Branson Christmas excursions. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo

This was a very nice place to stay during our trip to Branson. The kitchen was abundantly supplied, and the entire condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and the lake view. Sandy was available by phone and was willing to talk not only about our needs in the condo but also about things to do in Branson. She genuinely wanted us to have a pleasant stay. Thank you, Sandy!

Pleasant stay in Branson

The owners gave very specific instructions prior to check in, and we had a nice visit on the phone & discussed things to do. The owners gave a great suggestion to visit the fish hatchery. The condo was clean and had ample space. There are a couple of areas that could take the unit to the next level. The cable wires to the TVs should be cleaned up for a nicer look. The kitchen utensils were at the lowest level and need some love. Also, the front right burner would not regulate & it maxed out even at the lowest setting. My brother was very upset about the double cleaning fee, which should have been disclosed in the listing. None of these items took away from my pleasure. I had a great time and these are some suggestions to take the unit to the next level. Thanks so much.

Quiet Getaway Spot

Great location away from "the strip" and all the traffic, yet close enough to take in the shows and shop. We rented a boat for the day and found plenty of eateries to enjoy. Sandy was very easy to communicate with and eager to answer any questions we had.

Condo was nice, not as clean as I hoped as we found some trash from previous guest on the floor in a few spots but nothing terrible. The complex was ok, pool was dirty and green first might but was cleaned up and clear by the end of our stay, playground area needs a little upkeep. Disappointing that Branson Bay Marina does not rent boats even though thier website says they do. Would have been awesome to walk out the condo right onto the boat. Overall nuce place to stay.

Beware of Hidden Costs

Owner did not include all fees on the vrbo payment page. The cleaning fee which is typically included on the vrbo payment page was not included by this owner, but was disclosed in a contract which she sent to me after a non-refundable reservation payment had already been processed. Further, there was an envelope left on the counter in the kitchen of the condo with instructions to leave cash or a personal check for the cleaning fee amount. I have never encountered this in any other vrbo rental, and I have booked numerous times. The owner also encouraged me to book directly with her next time to avoid the service fee. I would question whether this falls within the Terms of Service agreement she has with vrbo. At any rate, I will certainly avoid any of her properties in the future. When we arrived, none of the three toilets in the unit were working, there was mold in two of the toilet bowls, the towels were rags, and the sheets on the beds were very thin and worn. The pots and pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. The owner did come over and get the toilets at least working some, but they still need attention. She seemed surprised by the condition of the towels and did bring over a few new towels, but they were dollar store quality. I was the family member who made the reservation (I’ve done this for years for both my family as well as for my husband’s family), so I’ve had lots of experience with bookings, and this was by far the most disappointing experience we’ve had. We were raised to treat people the way you want to be treated, and I feel like we were deceived by this owner. In order to appear competitive with her price, she did not disclose all fees on the payment page. I had sent a copy of the email payment page to my siblings, so they were expecting to pay their share of that amount. I had to inform them that the owner had added another fee after the fact which increased our overall lodging cost by 22%.

Great location

Location was great and having the boat slip was just what we wanted. Branson is about 15 min drive which I didn’t think was bad. Condo itself is a little outdated but other than that the stay was great! Sandy was nice and helpful.
