Just beyond, the dining area sits beside large sliding glass doors that fill the home with natural light and create a seamless connection to the outdoors. The well-appointed kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, beautiful stone countertops, and counter seating, making everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners easy and enjoyable.



Outside, the covered deck becomes your own private oasis in the Ozarks. Sip your morning coffee in the comfortable seating area, enjoy an al fresco meal at the outdoor dining table, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. Bedroom #3 includes a set of queen-over-queen size bunk beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Trailer parking is permitted in the overflow parking lot located by the indoor pool.

• Step-free access, Walk-in, two-level home.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
