Bring your group to our new home that comfortably sleeps 14. We have 55/65in tvs in every room, 1G internet, covered deck with another 55in tv, grill and hot tub, where you can enjoy the view of Table Rock Lake and the beautiful Ozark hills.

Pack light as we have two sets of washer and dryers. Enjoy our coffee bar with a coffee maker, French press, electric tea kettle, espresso machine and Keurig. Feel free to cook at our home as we have filled our kitchen with quality pots and pans and a grill to feed your big group!

We provide toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, hand soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, starter coffee and tea, cream and sugar.

Indoor Pool is open from 9am-9pm with a main pool and kiddie pool. The outdoor pool is open seasonally Memorial Day thru Labor Day and often through October depending on weather. The outdoor pool is just a few condos down, has zero entry, tanning shelf, splash pad and water slide. The hours are also 9am-9pm.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs, with approval. Pet fee is $25 per pet, per day, with a max of $200 per stay. This helps cover the additional cleaning fee incurred to us during your stay.

Pet House Rules:
1. No dogs on furniture.
2. Leash dogs while outside to protect neighbors, other dogs, and wildlife.
3. Pick up dog waste.
4. Crate your pup/s when they’re alone indoors.
5. Dogs must be free from behavioral problems such as excessive barking or howling, chewing, scratching at/near doors and windows, etc.
