”Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank.”

”We stayed here for one night during a baseball tournament, and it met our needs.The staff was friendly and welcoming.You get what you pay for, and for us, it was exactly what it was.

Nice room that was well equipped and clean. Friendly staff. The pool and exercise room were a little small but a nice bonus and welcomed addition. ”Our room was clean, and we did see a earwig but that's summer on the ground level so it makes sense. There was a slight musty smell when you entered the room each time.
Absolutely loved the view from our room, looking on to the lake. Check in staff rushed us and sped through the process in a way that made us feel like we were bothering him.

”I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working....
