Poikkeuksellisen hyvässä kunnossa oleva 3 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5 kylpyhuoneisto, 2200 neliöjalkaa, kaikki yhdellä tasolla. Toisen kerroksen yksikkö, jossa korkeat holvikatot, suuret yksityiset kannet ja upeat näkymät merelle, ääni ja Jolly Roger Pier. Nauti katetusta pysäköinnistä, yksityisestä suoraan yksikköhissiin ja huippuluokan viimeistelyyn, mukaan lukien marmorilattiat, graniittiset ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Vierashuoneen edessä on oma kylpyhuone, jossa kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä, tiskipöydät ja wc. Keskimmäisessä vierashuoneessa (1 kuningatar + kolmen hengen vuodetta) on oma kylpyhuone, jossa kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä, kaksoisallas ja erillinen wc-huone. Makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa suihkukaappi, poreallas ja erillinen wc. Olemme lapsiystävällinen koti, jossa on pack-n-play, syöttötuoli ja pieni valikoima kirjoja ja leluja. Miles hiljaista rantaa on vain muutaman askeleen päässä yksityiseltä rantatietä pitkin letkua ja suihkua, jotta hiekka pysyy loitolla. Kävele ravintoloissa, tuoreita mereneläviä, veneretkiä, välinevuokrausta, kauppoja, rullaluistelua, minigolfia ja paljon muuta!

Beautiful place, inside and out!! Ocean front, not far from pier at all! We had a couple of issues. Hot water in the master bath did not work in the shower or in the Jacuzzi tub. The owners gave us a small refund for the inconvenience and had a plumber out within 24 hours to fix. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding so it really was a huge inconvenience for us as we did need all the bathrooms to get ready for the wedding! None of the TV remotes had batteries upon arrival so we have to go buy batteries to use the TVs. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with! We would stay here again!

Perfect location for a girls trip! The space is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Prepare to bring some toilet paper and, as previous reviews have mentioned, you’ll be retrieving linens and towels in the carport in tubs and bringing them upstairs. This unit is up 2 flights of stairs, but it was worth it for the ocean view!

Fantastic place! Has everything that you need! The view from the beachfront porch was just wonderful. The location is perfect. You are close enough to walk to some great food and shops but it is not a busy area. The beach was not crowded and it was very clean! The kitchen was well equipped and the WIFI was great! I would go back tomorrow!!

We had a great stay with beautiful weather even though the forecast showed rain nearly every day. (Only rained once or twice for an hour or so) The house fit our familys needs well with the bunk beds and private bathrooms for each room. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great location and love the beachfront

Overall it was a great stay, we loved being directly in front of the beach and the location was perfect to get to restaurants within a short drive. I wish the listing would have stated that the unit was on the third floor because having to lug items up and down was a hassle. We were also surprised to learn that we had to bring up a container of sheets and towels and set them up on our beds (which is the last thing we wanted to do on vacation). A simple heads up would have better prepared us but overall wonderful stay!

Unmatched View and Location

The view and location of this property was fantastic. The porch was so large and spacious with the most incredible view of the ocean. That alone, made this vacation fantastic. You do have to make your own beds and the carpet and furniture are older. But overall, I would stay here again and enjoy that perfect view and easy walk to Larry's.

Great vacation spot!

Loved our stay at this property! The only downside is the 32 winding stair steps to reach the front door. BUT….once you get up there, it is SO worth it. The condo is huge, has plenty of room and a phenomenal view from the back door and deck. (Tip: Go up the front stairs once to get in the unit, unlock the back sliding door, and bring everything in/out through the back stairs. MUCH EASIER!) The kitchen was well equipped with just about everything you could need. Questions to the owner were quickly answered. Would most definitely come back again!

Large beautiful ocean view condo

We were so pleased with how spacious this place was. The bedrooms were big with nice bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. And you cannot beat the view of the ocean and pier. The owner replied quickly when I had questions or concerns and was great to work with.

This condo definitely exceeded expectations. Everything was clean, very nice, and it was also a great location. We did have a question that was answered within minutes by the host, so add great communication to the list. Would definitely consider staying here again if we end up back in Topsail.

Ideal In Every Way

Property location, condition, amenities, floor plan, mattress comfort, kitchen supplies, couldn't have been more perfect for our small family of three young adults and one old person. Large covered deck with front-row ocean view--we happened to get a full blue moon-rise during our stay!--and lots of comfy seating, including a hammock, are at the top of a long-list of things-we-loved about the property. Two blocks' walk to Lewis Seafood market, Godwin's Market, and the former Patio Playground . . . now Pirate's Turf Do prepare yourselves for the stairs-only access, which is another good reason to include young adults in your party. Our preference was to use the exterior stairs rather than interior stairs whenever possible. Property owners were super responsive, professional, and kind managing several questions we had during our stay. We haven't visited Topsail since before Covid, this was a very happy return!

Amazing Vacation

We loved the property and location. Seems to be the quieter section of the island which is exactly what we wanted, and the beachfront was unbeatable. The unit was very nicely updated and a great size for our family. (3 kids and 4 adults) Overall a great vacation.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed seeing our Marine and staying at such a wonderful place. Decor was spot on. Everything we needed was available. For luggage in and out, we used the back entrance. It seemed easier than the spiral front entrance. Loved our stay and enjoyed the light switch game.

Wonderful location and condo!!

This was the perfect condo and location for our long beach weekend! The condo was exactly as marketed…plenty of space, views were spectacular, linens provided, etc. We had a question the first night and received a response promptly. Loved the extras in the place like the low lighting in the kitchen and baths! Loved the multiple areas to spend time…playing games on the dining table soundside, talking in the great room beachfront, or my favorite place- the porch! Would definitely stay here again!

Adult Weekend Away!

Adults only getaway for rest and relaxation. This condo was just right, everything was on the same floor. Felt like there was several areas to hang out whether it was on the deck, in the living room, and even the dining room was a great place to hang out and play games or do a jigsaw puzzle. The kitchen was spacious enough for multiple people to prep or cook food. The views of the peir either in the day or at night was a nice change of scenery. Thanks for a great week at the beach.

Late summer stay

Topsail Beach is amazing! This condo is in the perfect location. Walkable to a few restaurants/coffee shops. Extremely quiet. Perfect size for four of us. The entry stairs can be difficult to navigate when carrying bags and groceries up/down. These stairs should be noted in the condo description, as older folks or people with health problems may not be able to make the climb easily. The new kitchen appliances were nice. And the deck was about as good as it could get!! A few maintenance issues: the carpet on the entry stairs is filthy and did not appear to have been vacuumed in quite a while, not making a very good first impression. But once we arrived in the condo, it was fine. There were light bulbs burned out in every room. A lot of the furniture in the living room is dirty and stained in spots. All in all, it was a great place to stay. The owners were very easy to reach with questions and they responded very quickly. Again, the deck was definitely a home run!!!
