Welcome to Summer Days Cooler Nights #201, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home, and your second-row escape on Topsail Beach where the ocean is always within view and the beach is just steps away. This inviting 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath, dog-friendly home is defined by sweeping panoramic ocean views, a large ocean front deck with ample seating, and a private community beach access directly across the street.

Step inside and you’ll find a light-filled, immaculately kept interior designed with comfort in mind. The open-concept great room features a cozy fireplace, a spacious kitchen, and upper and lower oceanside decks perfect for soaking in sunrises, salty breezes, and endless horizons.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Queen w/ ensuite bathroom with double vanity
Bedroom 2: Full over Full Bunk Bed w/ shared hall bathroom
Bedroom 3: Full w/ ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 4: Full w/ shared hall bathroom

Top Floor:
Bedroom 5: Master with King and large ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and jetted tub

Outside, you’ll enjoy a fenced front yard with a gate and an outdoor shower. There is a private elevator which is a welcome amenity to those with mobility issues and for taking luggage and groceries to the upper floors that reach all levels of this home. High speed internet and smart TVs are provided throughout the house. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. An outdoor shower makes clean up after a day at the beach easy!

Two dogs max are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $300/per dog. *Note* the yard is fenced however the fence is low so a larger dog may not be as easily contained.

Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks and sleeper sofas will not be made. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more.
