  • Experience coastal comfort at "Coastal Comfort Cove", a clean, pet friendly and inviting unit at Tiffany's Motel in Surf City, NC. This charming retreat features a private balcony perfect for sunsets, a basic kitchenette, and a King-size bed to accommodate up to 2 guests. Enjoy easy beach access just 200 yards away, seasonal pool, and a relaxed, inviting atmosphere ideal for couples or small families.





    About the Property:



    * "Coastal Comfort Cove" is a comfortable and independently managed unit within Tiffany's Motel

    * Can sleep up to 2 guests

    * Second floor unit; Stairs required*

    * Private balcony

    * Pet Friendly



    Inside Comforts:



    * Comfortable AC throughout the unit

    * Basic kitchenette

    * Large and clean bath area with full tub



    Sleeping Arrangements:



    * King size Bed

    * Linens (1 full set per bed per reservation) and towels (1 full set per unit max occupancy per reservation) included. *No towel/linen turnover service provided



    Beach Access and Amenities:



    * Beach access located at the end of Pender Ave- about 200 yards from "Coastal Comfort Cove"

    * Outdoor seasonal pool

    * Pool is open May through October per HOA open/close schedule; *please inquire that the pool has been opened or remains open if booking in May or October



    Linens and Paper Goods:



    * Linens (1 full set per bed per reservation) and towels (1 full set per unit max occupancy per reservation) included. *No towel/linen turnover service provided

    * Starter pack of: 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom provided- enough to get you started

    * "Kitchen pack" with sponge and dish towel included.



    What to Bring:

    * Food Lion Online Grocery Ordering: Conveniently schedule delivery via "Food Lion To Go" at the Surf City location for a well-stocked kitchen upon check-in.

    * Topsail Island Bellhop Boys: Schedule in advance for effortless check-in/out - they'll unload all your luggage for a stress-free start and finish to your stay.



    Notes on Pets and Parking:



    * 1 dog is allowed per reservation; no other pets permitted. Guests must inform the host about the dog at the time of booking. Dog must be well-behaved and house-trained. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Any damage caused by the dog will be charged to the guest. Dog must not be left unattended inside the rental property.

    * $100 non-refundable pet fee will apply- must add pet to reservation

    * Parking for 1 vehicle



    Early check-ins/Late check-outs:Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available for an additional fee of $50, subject to availability. If you're interested, feel free to reach out, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible for your dates.

    Hyvää: Siisteys, sisäänkirjautuminen, viestintä, sijainti ja listauksen paikkansapitävyys
    My over all stay was wonderful, the host was very easy and quick to communicate with. •Room was lovely. Nice bed, dining table, useable kitchen, minimal cooking utensils but I didn’t need them. •Easily accessible w/ key pad and right by the stairs, elevator is on opposite corner but still easy to get to.. I went on holiday weekend and still had room to park and not worry. •Couple minute walk to beach, a straight shot down the road. Small things that definitely do not out way how great of a spot it is:•I had asked for extra set of towels, I only got one. They were never delivered, but I made do. Not a horrible problem and this may have been me not being there to receive them. I didn’t check back in w/ host being it wasn’t a huge issue. •Hair on the floor, again not a huge deal but could use an extra vacuum in vanity area. Baseboards could use a good wipe. •Balcony: I was upset to see how small and no privacy between balconies. If this was listed(unless I overlooked) it would have given me a better heads up. •This is NOT on the host, but an ice maker here would be GREAT.Over all, I enjoyed the spot. Will be booking again in future.
