”We were visiting Vancouver as an anniversary/birthday trip. From the moment we arrived, until our departure a week later, we felt the warmth and friendliness displayed by the entire staff. Given that this is a small hotel, the staff make an extra effort to make us feel like the hotel was our home away from home.They acknowledged the anniversary/birthday with a lovely dessert tray delivered to our room upon arrival.
