”It is a very beautiful town, but the hotel is dated and didn’t feel clean. The heater would not turn off, so it was hot. It took a while for them to accommodate us. The restaurant on sight is excellent.”

”What truly made our stay special was the incredible kindness and dedication of the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and really made a difference. As for the accommodation, there is absolutely nothing to complain about: the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for a good rest. It was the ideal pit stop on the road after leaving Dublin, just before heading out to explore the Rock of Cashel. We recommend this place without hesitation!”

”Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Everything worked smoothly, the room was comfortable, and the overall experience was very positive. The only small point to mention is that the rooms can be quite a long walk from the reception and breakfast area. We happened to have one of the furthest rooms, which was a little inconvenient at times, especially with family/luggage. Other than that, everything met our expectations, and we had an enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again.”

”The Horse and Jockey was a great place to spend a few nights and have day trips around Ireland. It was really hot when we were there and they brought a fan to our room, that was great. The shampoo and body wash smell amazing! The breakfast was great and the servers were so nice each morning. I would definitely stay there again.”

”Stayed for 3 days in a suite. The apartment had a mini kitchen which was helpful with a 14 month old. Spacious with 2 bedrooms. Beds were very good. The apartment had several bugs. Small spiders and some othrr ones. Breakfast was average. Staff was helpful. Internet was totally unusable. Bathroom/shower fixtures were broken.”

”All was wonderful and pleasant with our stay. We celebrated our 40 year wedding anniversary. The Rock of Cashel type was very educational. Mickey Brian and the morning breakfast at the hotel for was perfect.”

”Nice room, helpful reception lady (she recommended a good pizza place since dinner wasn't available anymore at our time of arrival.) As a small minus, there was no more hot water because of a high visitor count at the time. (The visitor count was high because of a maraton and the lobby was quite crowded.) As for the breakfast, it was delicious and the waffles were excellent”

”Uncomfortable pillows, far from the city centre. Options at breakfast were limited. All in all the Hotel was stuck at the 80's.”
