”This was our second stay in this bungalow. Very clean and great location. Close enough to the beach and all the action, yet quiet inside. Since our first stay 2 years ago they added a place to hang clothes in the bedroom closet which was much appreciated. It would be nice to add stands to place your luggage on since there is really no place but the floor. Definitely need to replace the matress, it is beyond worn. The springs are poking you all over and are felt even just running your hand over...

”This place is NOT recommended. As a host myself, I don’t say this lightly, but this was an awful stay. The one positive review feels questionable. No basics: no washcloths, no hand soap, no hand towels & only one cheap roll of toilet paper for an 8-day stay. I arrived to a filthy unit that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. A cleaner was eventually sent, but it left the place reeking of bleach for hours. No apology, no compensation. The worst part: nonstop partying next door (also her renters)....

”Communication was great! Although we needed to have the cleaners come back as there was a lot of sand and dirt in the primary bedroom. There was also a t-shirt left behind the mini fridge. The walls are dirty, and there is a hole in the bathroom walk. The towel rack was not useable as it falls off the wall. The kitchen chairs had crumbs under the seat pads. The area was quiet. Although not a clean neighborhood. Some one was moving beds around while we were there so there was furniture...

”This was definitely not what I expected. Pros: The location is close to all the action and close to the beach. No pests. Host did reply to messages promptly. Cons: picture did not match location, strong odor of tobacco smoke throughout the rental- the host offered to provide Ozone treatment to cleanse the air but never showed up, lack of cleanliness, size of the bathroom-very small, cleanliness of the bathroom, and uncomfortable beds. ”
