”Our first stay here and we were very impressed. We stayed in a club room and had excellent experience. Our room was large, looked new and kept clean and in perfect condition. We had a beautiful room with a terrific view over Perth looking north. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful, at reception, and in the restaurants.”

”We have stayed in other 5 Star hotels in Perth and been disappointed. Ritz Carlton DID NOT disappoint! Lovely hotel, great location. Rooms, spa, pool, bars and restaurant all clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Felt very welcomed and well looked after for our stay.”

”Rooms were clean, neat, well equipped and quiet. Bed was comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, excellent selection in buffet style, so of course not freshly cooked. Only criticism would be that tables be cleared and wiped a bit quicker so new patrons have a clean spot to sit without needing to ask. ”

”The location is perfect and very close to city centre. The hotel itself is very modern and very clean. Every amenities in the room is stylist and in an excellent condition. I would like to show my gratitude to the front desk staff (cant remember her name). She offered us a late check out knowing our flight is in the midnight. I would recommend anyone come to stay in Hyde when visiting Perth”

”A large portion of this hotel's business seems to be fly in fly out workers and as such they get priority. We were told to turn down our television at 8 pm when it wasn't overly loud. We didn't know there were FIFO workers sleeping next door. As mentioned in other reviews the sound proofing in the rooms is poor. At 1.50 am I was awakened by the alarm in the room next door. For the next 40 minutes this person showered and got ready for work. I went and asked the night manager to speak to them...
