”This was our first time staying in AMI. When we pulled up to the front of the house it was exactly as described. The home was in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The pool was clean and warm, a perfect way to begin and end our days after going to the beach. I highly recommend renting a golf cart and visiting the spots that are further than walking distance, but if you can’t you can use the bikes that are provided by the owner. ”The check in/out was super easy! We flew in and stayed for a week. Having known what the house offered beach wise, would have been helpful. They had a wagon ( extremely helpful!), beach umbrellas and chairs, boogie boards and some floats. The house also had beach towels which was great. The kitchen had minimal utensils and dishes,but it was fine. Overall, the location was great with easy access to the beach. The pool was awesome also. It is off the main, busy road, so it could be loud as trucks...

”Our family of 7, consisting of 5 adults, 2 children had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous, spacious house. Upon arriving, we were pleased with the cleanliness of all bedrooms, bathrooms, dining/living areas and kitchen. The swimming pool was filled with sparkling, clean water. Clean bedding and extra towels were provided, including beach towels. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly in all rooms and backyard patios around pool. A short, 2 block walk to the beach was convenient with adjacent parking...

”The unit was great for our party of four adults. It’s small, but there are thoughtful space and decor details. The unit is well appointed with supplies, dishes, beach chairs and beach towels. The beds were comfortable to us. We timed the walk to the beach at 5 minutes. There was a maintenance issue with the hot tub, but agents with the management company were very responsive and the issue was resolved. We enjoyed the outdoor space, pool and hot tub.
