”Nice little one night stopover visiting Bude.
Ample parking and easy to find. Straight road into Bude. A little isolated so make sure you buy supplies from Bude on the way back.
A few spiderwebs and bugs in the room when we arrived but only because the window was left open thankfully because it was such a hot day.
Paula the host was very helpful and friendly start to finish. Will stay again if we visit Bude again.”

”I liked it was a 13th century property because it has a lot of history. Staff were not visible and liquid soap was not replaced for three days in shared toilet. The young bar tender was pleasant and the kitchen was do it yourself catering. So no breakfast served. Cereals, milk and other loose foods were available though this aspect was not clearly communicated from the start. One bathroom had a power shower which was handy, due to the lack of rain I didn't want to use the baths.”

”A lovely thatched roof pub with sitting out area. The lady was so lovely and welcoming we can’t remember her name but she lived right by the pub.
The room was lovely, a nice comfortable bed, lovely pillows and lovely and clean.
The lady who was cleaning the rooms was on her own that day and we asked if we could check in early the day before.
She worked wonders our rooms was spotless.
We had a lovely stay with a great breakfast. Will definitely go back.
