”It felt like home. A short walk to the bus depot gave me access to all surrounding sites, or an easy 25 minute walk to city centre. Tea and coffee, juice and bread on hand. Two friendly dogs that were all talk at first became friends during the first encounter.”

”This B&B is all about the location, which is great, right on the quay, our room even had views of the quay and boats which was a pleasant surprise. Everything is walkable. We parked our car in the Stearmans Yard Car Park and didn't use our car until check out. Plenty of restaurants and pubs within 5-10 minute walk, a little bus behind the B&B takes you to the beach if you don't want to walk, although its £2pp each way! ”Air conditioning was amazing. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and the toiletries and drinks were a really nice touch. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious. Loved the stay and will definitely be returning.”

”Property has been upgraded downstairs and the restaurant and bar area are lovely as is the outside courtyard. When you go upstairs it’s apparent that an upgrade is still required. Our room - 3 - overlooked a very busy main road and the secondary double glazing did nothing to keep the constant traffic noise at bay. There are two windows in that’s room. And they are old and rotten. Triple glazed windows required. Carpets need replacing. Bathroom has been upgraded and is very pleasant but b&b...

”Staff were very courteous and accommodating, and gave helpful suggestions about the local area. Breakfast was made to order at our chosen time. Unfortunately, I thought the room looked rather tired and I found the bed quite uncomfortable, with hard ridges across the mattress all the way down. The bathroom in our room was OK but quite small. There were no shelves or anywhere to put toiletries or cosmetics. ”

”Very nice accomodation, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Friendly host and a great breakfast with local produce. Conveniently located for Cromer and the coast with lots of decent pubs nearby.”

”Makes you wonder if the place is called bed & breakfast, but there's no breakfast??? Bathroom was renovated, but outcome was something in between poor and terrible. No hooks or space to put your stuff and the sink was blocking the toilet! Had to do some joga in order to do your business. On the other hand great location, the room had all necessities and the price was adequate. Would stay again.”
