”We loved to stay at Hillcrest bed-and-breakfast it’s absolutely amazing place few steps away from Bamburgh Castle. The stuff was caring and responding to every our need or questions. Breakfast is excellent at this place every morning freshly cooked classic British breakfast.”

”The room was clean. The window did not have a safety latch and was next to the single child’s bed and was not safe, so had to keep the window closed on a very hot evening. We ordered 2 steak and frites and was advised the sauce would come in a gravy boat separately. It did not and was obvious that it was spread over the meat to hide the fat on the meat I complained to the staff and was told they had changed butchers. No offer of a reduction on the meal was disappointing as it was basically fat...
