”Never came to clean our room in a 5 nights stay, bathroom sink was clogged and no one came to fix it. Room tv didnt work. Empty box of tissues in room, spider in toilet with a whole web. No bathroom towels. No sponge or dish soap for kitchen utensils. We had a 2 bedroom suite. Terrible stay my family of 6 couldn't wait to leave. ”
