”This is a great place to stay if you need an inexpensive room. Room was much larger than expected with even a water view. It had everything I needed except for WiFi. I was on the end which was very quiet, but unfortunately the WiFi worked only near the office. I’d stay again but would ask for a room next to the office. Easy to get to Proctor and Duluth from this location.”

”The room smelled horribly of urine, the door to the room would not lock or even stay shut. The area is sketchy. Did not feel safe or comfortable, moved to another hotel and did not get a refund. Terrible on all accounts.”

”Our stay was perfect for what we needed! The check in and out process was simple and fast! The Breakfast was handy! The Staff was great! The pool option was great (hope to utilize next time). I will add that the architecture and layout of the rooms was a bit out of the ordinary. It's a bit hard to explain, but I defiantly got lost at first. However, that would not deter me staying again!”
