”We were pleased with the location, as it was off of the main roads and very quiet and the self checkin was so easy. The room was spacious (deluxe king) as well as the bathroom and very clean.”
”The property is well maintained and the staff were so helpful. It’s a peaceful distance from downtown but not too far. Everything is minutes away. 4 miles from Fall River entrance to RMNP. Slept with patio door open and slept peaceful with the sound of the stream!”

”Only issue was the breakfast was awful! ALL the food was overcooked, and hard to eat. It had obviously been sitting there for a couple hours.

”Boulder Brook on Fall River is ideal if you’re looking for a great location on the edge of Estes Park town. Close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mt NP, close to the river , and a quiet location it is ideal for a trip to the Rockies. Wild turkeys abound each day and housekeeping staff did a great job while we were out in the NP. ”
”Easy to check in. The room was clean and quiet. The bed wasn't the highest quality but for the price was fine. There's a nice restaurant right across we walked to. The hotel is right on a creek and lots of areas the have a cookout or bonfire along it. ”

”I was on my Honeymoon. Loved the large clean room. Great view off the deck. Loved the big jetted tub. Liked the peacefull pool and nice hot tub. Great stay!!💯”
”Nice place to stay! Elk visit the place almost everyday. We saw elk groups hanging around the place for quite some time. 15 minutes drive to the park. Extremely convenient. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. We’ll be back again.”
