”the property was great. the check in process (for me anyway) was poor. There was no one on property. I was supposed to get an email at noon on the day of check in and I didn't. I had to call and get them to send me an email while on the mountain top. Then I had to reenter all of my info to get the access code . It was a painful process with mountain wifi access. after that process, it went smoothly.”

”This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park.”

”The gal in the office was amazing - so kind, friendly, and helpful! We loved our room. The kitchenette was perfectly what we needed, and the shower was great. The lock didn't work in the bathroom door. Otherwise, everything was good. Not much breakfast, but we bought eggs at a nearby Safeway and were able to cook our own breakfast in our room. Great view and away from the busyness downtown! We loved it and would definitely stay again.”
