”We were in town for a concert and needed to check-in early. Staff was accommodating, however, we did have to pay an extra $35 to check-in early. I can understand the fee and appreciated being able to so we would not have to leave our concert early. The room was very clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great! Felt very safe and comfortable and would stay again next time I'm in town.”

”They canceled my reserved room without informing me. Earlier, I called them because my flight was delayed and asked whether they could either move my reservation to the next day or provide a refund. They told me that neither option was possible. At no point did I ask them to cancel my reservation. However, when we arrived at the property around 11:30 PM, the staff informed us that they had already given our room to someone else and laughed in my face. I requested them if they could provide me...

”The hotel was clean, staff was nice and breakfast looked really good”

”I have used the Cherry Valley Lodge, now the Cherry Valley hotel for several years. The hotel must be suffering from the lack of capital as the parking lot, sidewalks desperately need work, there are plants, weeds, or small trees, growing in some of the gutters at the top of the roof. I am told that food service is not that great. At one time the food was quite good. I had breakfast there three times and the food was filling and it was buffet style so I can’t really share much about the food....

”We stayed at the cottage. Living room, full kitchen and half bth on first floor while bed room and full bath on top. Very clean and well prepared. The outside garden is beautiful. Main building where main office locat we is very clean and nice to visit while we have breakfast there. Hidden gem!”

”The hotel lobby and rooms look just like the photos. Nicely designed for photography. However, it's poorly designed for actual people. If you're the type of person who enjoys sitting in a metal trash can while random people whack it with an aluminum bat, this is the place for you. The compliant fire doors on every room slam shut, no matter how hard you try to do it quietly. If a neighbor has a visitor that knocks on their door, you feel it in the floor or walls. You can hear conversations...

”They charged us an extra $25 for our child, took a long time for check in. Breakfast was ok, but slow to refill. Water temp was lukewarm. The room was clean and ice maker worked.”

”The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.”

”Rooms are small and outdated. It’s a great location to the quant town, however the beds are uncomfortable, pillows lack definition and honestly expected better for it being such a popular spot”
